This product is warrantied by Blue Grouse Wine Cellars

Blue Grouse Wine Cellars (BGWC) warrants to the original consumer-purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use for five (5) years from the purchase date.

BGWC will, at its option, repair or replace any product found to be defective during the warranty period and excludes installation charges, shipping charges, and cost of removal and reinstallation. BGWC may require you to return the part(s) claimed to be defective, for its inspection – freight or postage prepaid.

This warranty does not include the cost of any inconvenience or property damage due to the failure of the product and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or damage arising out of transportation of this product. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall BGWC be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. BGWC’s maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original consumer-purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such a case, the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

For Orders Shipping to Canadian Addresses:

Vinopro wine fridges are typically shipped within 2 – 4 business days by common LTL freight carrier and depending on your location may take anywhere from 1 – 3 weeks for delivery from date of shipping.

Please note that free or flat rate delivery may not include all rural or remote areas and the shopping cart will not specify this. You will be contacted to advise if any additional charges will apply for your delivery location. If you do not wish to pay these fees your order can be cancelled and fully refunded.

Standard Curbside Delivery:

Only curbside delivery is available within Canada at this time.

Wine fridges will be offloaded from the delivery truck with a power tailgate. At the driver's sole discretion, they may wheel to the first opening in your home (typically a garage) but the guarantee is only to move off the truck. If the truck is able to back into a driveway, it will be delivered to your driveway. If the truck cannot back into your driveway, the fridge will be delivered to the closest point where the truck is able to park.

You will be notified when your wine fridge has shipped and the shipping company will schedule a delivery day once it has reached your local delivery depot. You must have some flexibility with your schedule to be home to accept the delivery (or designate someone who can be and list their contact information in the shipping details when placing your order). Requests for specific time windows are not included and will incur extra costs, depending on the requested date and time. Wine fridges stored for longer than 48 hours at the destination warehouse will incur storage fees.

If Inside Delivery is Chosen:

Wine fridges will be brought inside your home to your room of choosing on the main floor. This includes up to 3 stairs (not flights of stairs). The pallet will be removed and disposed of but you will be responsible for removing and disposing of the rest of the packaging. It is presumed that access to your home and room of choice is reasonable and safe with no significant obstacles for delivery staff to negotiate. Should delivery staff deem your delivery unsafe or unreasonable they will not complete the delivery service. If you have questions or concerns about your specific delivery situation, please contact us to review before ordering.

Please note that inside delivery is not a white glove service and delivery staff do not level nor install wine fridges. Your wine fridge will come with a manual so you may review and adjust the default settings if you choose. Delivery staff do not have familiarity with the operation of the unit.
